EURO: Eurointernational names new driver line-up
European Formula 3 squad Eurointernational has had to shake up its driver-up for round four this weekend at Monza.
At the start of 2015 Dane Nicolas Beer and German Marvin Kirchhofer were signed up for the new season but both have pulled out of the remainder of the campaign.
Beer was absent from round three at Pau after sustaining an injury at Hockenheim and has told the team will not continue.
Kirchhofer initially planned to run simultaneous seasons in GP3 and Euro F3 but has left the team to concentrate on the Grand Prix support class.
Formual Renault 3.5 driver Gustav Malja filled in for the squad in Pau and Eurointernational has announced an all-new driver line-up for Monza.
Former GP3 runner-up Facu Regalia will take Kirchhofer's race seat while Polish driver Artur Janosz, who is currently also competing in GP3, will take Beer's slot.
Both drivers have only been confirmed for the one-off event in Italy and the official pre-race test day, with the squad set to announce its long term plans in the coming weeks.
Argentinian Regalia says he's delighted to re-join the Eurointernational squad and hopes he can prove himself to them for the rest of the year.
"I am especially glad I can take this chance to join Eurointernational," Regalia said. "They are a very special team for me, because I made my debut with them in the Formula BMW Europe back in 2008.
"It is a nice opportunity to prove my skills and fight with top drivers and teams. My goal is to give the best of myself to help the team. I am looking forward to driving the car for the first time tomorrow, as I want to start preparing this weekend."
