Fewtrell continues as Renault junior, moves into F3
Max Fewtrell will once again be a part of Renault's Formula 1 junior programme roster when he steps up to the new FIA Formula 3 series in 2019.
The 19-year-old Briton will continue to represent the French manufacturer for a third successive season as he graduates to the F1-supporting FIA F3 series with ART Grand Prix after claiming the Formula Renault Eurocup championship in 2018.

The 19-year-old Briton will continue to represent the French manufacturer for a third successive season as he graduates to the F1-supporting FIA F3 series with ART Grand Prix after claiming the Formula Renault Eurocup championship in 2018.
Fewtrell won six races en route to beating fellow Renault Sport Academy member Christian Lundgaard to the title, which marked his second single-seater championship triumph after being crowned British F4 champion in 2016. Fewtrell and Lundgaard will be teammate's at ART in 2019, the latter having been confirmed earlier in the day.

Fewtrell took part in the post-season GP3 tests with ART in Abu Dhabi prior to the series’ merger with European Formula 3, and is also competing in the ongoing F3 Asian Winter Series with Hitech GP as he steps up preparations for his 2019 racing programme.
The Renault Sport Academy will boast involvement from Fewtrell, Lundgaard, Anthoine Hubert, Victor Martins, Guanyu Zhou and Caio Collet in 2019.
