Monger on entry list for FIA F3 post-season test
Billy Monger will sample an FIA Formula 3 car for the first time this week in Valencia after being named on the entry list for the championship's post-season test.
Monger, 20, raced in the Euroformula Open Championship through 2019 with Carlin, taking one race win and one pole position en route to ninth in the final standings in his second full year back racing following the British F3 accident that resulted in the amputation of his lower legs in 2017.

The British driver will now get behind the wheel of an FIA F3 car for the first time at Valencia, linking up with Carlin once again for the three-day test (November 20-22).
Monger is joined at Carlin by former Red Bull junior Dan Ticktum, who is one of a number of drivers using the test as final preparation for the Macau Grand Prix in November.
FIA F3 champion team Prema Racing will run an all-changed line-up comprising Oscar Piastri, Logan Sargeant and Enaam Ahmed, while Jack Doohan - the son of motorcycle racing legend Mick Doohan - will also test one of the series' cars for the first time for Hitech Grand Prix.
Yuki Tsunoda, Christian Lundgaard, Max Fewtrell, Richard Verschoor, Jake Hughes, Devlin DeFrancesco, David Beckmann and Fabio Scherer are among the returning names from the full F3 season, which concluded in Sochi last month.
