Ma replaces injured Turvey for Formula E finale
NIO has confirmed that reserve driver Ma Qinghua will deputise for the injured Oliver Turvey in the final race of the 2017/18 Formula E season in New York City on Sunday afternoon.
Turvey was taken to hospital on Saturday after crashing during qualifying, forcing him to miss qualifying. The Briton was found to have broken his fifth metacarpal - his little finger - thus ruling him out of the race as well. Luca Filippi was NIO's sole entry to the race.
