Latifi is under investigation for an unsafe release into the path of Verstappen.
Verstappen goes 2.2s clear at the top of the timesheets.
Current top 10: Norris, Ricciardo, Sainz, Ocon, Leclerc, Russell, Alonso, Tsunoda, Albon and Lawson.
Ricciardo improves to get within 0.2s of Norris at the top.
