Kurt Busch to test Champ Car.

NASCAR Winston Cup star Kurt Busch will swap his Roush Racing Ford Taurus for a Team Rahal Lola-Ford today at Sebring when he takes the team's back-up #9 chassis out for a few laps of the Sebring Raceway.

The Las Vegas born driver is in Florida preparing for this weekend's Bud Shootout NASCAR Winston Cup event at the Daytona International Speedway but will take time out to turn some laps in the Team Rahal Lola-Ford that Mexican Michel Jourdain Jr will pilot in the 2003 Bridgestone Presents the Champ Car World Series Powered by Ford.

Any thoughts Busch might have about a permanent change from stock-cars to open-wheelers will have to wait some time though as he has just signed a long term contract with current Winston Cup team boss Jack Roush.
