MIPS: Roth aims to double up in '05.
Marty Roth has confirmed that he is aiming to compete in both the Indianapolis 500 and the entire Menards Infiniti Pro Series season again in 2005.
Roth was one of only two drivers to compete in both the MIP and the IRL races at Indianapolis in 2004, finishing 16th in the Futaba Freedom 100 before being classified 24th in the Indianapolis 500 - both for his own Roth Racing team.
Ahead of the start of the new season at Homestead, Roth admitted it was something he was hoping to repeat in 2005.

"We're working hard to get a sponsor for the Indy 500," he said. "We definitely are trying to get the big car out for the big show.
"We've got a great team of guys. [Team manager Mark Moore] has put guys together he's worked with in the past, and we're real happy with them. We're getting used to working with each other and getting out there and running.
"I'm looking forward to the season. We're starting off right. Everybody is on the same page, so it should be an exciting year."
