SX young guns chase US ride at Grenoble.

The Palais des sports of Grenoble will welcome the second round of the SX Junior Eurocup on 15th and 16th of November. The indoor stadium will gather 30 of the most promising young riders from eight different countries all chasing the chance to ride for Mitch Payton's Pro Circuit team in the three opening races of the 2003 US Supercross championship.

Aged from 15 to 18, the 'young guns' have been selected specifically by their own federation for the series, with this second leg expecting to produce a repeat of the furious battle between the French, Spanish and Portuguese contingents that currently dominate the which are the top seven behind Spain's Xavier Hernandez.

The Grenoble round is expected to be attended by 14,000 spectators, who will witness two days of frantic races as the future stars chase the once in a lifetime chance of a ride with Mitch Payton's multi championship winning Pro Circuit team.

A 250cc international class will also be present at Grenoble be part of the event and will feature a selection of current pro riders including New Zealander Darryl Atkins. Adding to the excitement will be the Freestyle MX contest and its customary incredible jumps and aerial antics of Xavier Fabre and his team.
