Moto2: Wilairot seriously injured in road accident
Moto2 rider Ratthapark Wilairot is in intensive care after being involved in a road accident in his native Thailand.

Moto2 rider Ratthapark Wilairot is in intensive care after being involved in a road accident in his native Thailand.
The 22-year-old, whose father (a former racer) died of Liver cancer on December 5, is said to have been travelling as a pillion passenger on a motorcycle ridden by a friend.
The friend is reported to have died in the accident, which took place near Wilairot's home in Chonburi.
Wilairot, initially unconscious, is now able to talk and a medical update is due tomorrow (Tuesday).
Wilairot finished 22nd in this year's Moto2 World Championship, riding a Bimota, with a best finish of fourth (Assen).
Wilairot raced full time in 250cc from 2007-2009.
