VR46 unveils Moto2, Moto3 colours on X Factor
Valentino Rossi's VR46 team have unveiled their 2017 racing colours live on Italy's X Factor TV talent show.
Returning Moto3 stars Nicolo Bulega and Andrea Migno were joined for the unveiling by Francesco Bagnaia and Stefano Manzi, who have signed-up for the new VR46 Moto2 team.
The Sky-backed KTMs of Bulega and Migno have a revised logo and black, blue and white livery for 2017, plus new sponsorship from Oakley, with the same colour scheme and sponsorship also present on the Kalex Moto2 entries.
Rookie Bulega took two podiums and a pole position on his way to seventh in the world championship. Migno also claimed his first two grand prix rostrums, in what was his second full season, but finished only 17th in the world championship.
'Pecco' Bagnaia is returning to the VR46 squad - and stepping up to Moto2 - after two successful seasons at Mahindra, where he made history for the Indian brand with victories at Assen and Sepang.
After a full Moto3 campaign with San Carlo Team Italia in 2015, Manzi only made three grand prix starts this year - but sealed the Moto2 seat with some impressive wild-card outings for Mahindra, most notably a fourth place at Silverstone.
