Provisional 2021 Moto2 World Championship entry list
A provisional version of the 2021 Moto2 Corld Championship entry list can be seen below.
The line-up confirms that Joe Roberts, hotly linked with an Aprilia MotoGP rider at the start of the Portimao weekend, will instead stay in Moto2 and join the title-winning Italtrans squad in place of Enea Bastianini.
Roberts will be one of two Americans on the grid, with Cameron Beaubier taking over his seat at American Racing.
With Bastianini and Luca Marini moving to MotoGP, Sam Lowes is the highest-ranked rider from this season to remain in the class. The Englishman will continue with Marc VDS.
Meanwhile, reigning Moto3 champion Albert Arenas moves up to Moto2 with Aspar, title runner-up Tony Arbolino joins Intact GP and third in the standings Ai Ogura is promoted by Honda Team Asia. Another 2020 Moto3 race winner, Raul Fernandez, steps up with Ajo.
All four chassis suppliers - Kalex, Speed Up, MV Agusta and NTS - will remain on the 30-rider grid, again all powered by 765cc Triumph engines...
