As it happened: Brad Binder wins a thrilling Sprint MotoGP race at Jerez

Brad Binder wins!! Binder has done it again in the Sprint as he wins from Bagnaia and Miller. 

Just a few cornwrs to go and Binder leads from Bagnaia. 

Sensational move by Binder. How did he not crash. The South African was all out of shape heading into turn six but he managed to stay ahead.

Miller remains the race leader but Binder is all over his teammate. 

Another fall for Joan Mir, what a disaster this weekend has been for the former Suzuki rider.

Pedrosa is shaping up for a move on Oliveira for P5. 

Disaster for the polesitter, Aleix Espargaro has gone down at turn nine. 

The front seven have pulled clear with Pedrosa at the rear of the lead group. The KTM rider is the fastest man on circuit at the moment. 

Takaaki Nakagami has also gone down on lap three. 

Miller leads after taking the lead away from Binder at the Jorge Lorenzo corner. 

Lovely move from Bagnaia on Martin at the final corner.

Miller and Martin are having a right ding-dong battle for second, which Miller eventually gets the better of. 

Espargaro was beaten up again on lap 1 as Martin and Bagnaia also came through. 

It's a KTM 1-2 again but this time it's Binder who leads. Espargaro is down to fifth. 

Here we go. Five lights!

The grid will revert back to the orignal qualifying results, meaning Quartararo drops from eighth back to P16. 

All the riders involved in the crash will take part in the restarted race. 

Pit lane will open in three minutes time. 

The race will be getting underway very shortly as the incident has now been cleared. 

Red flag!! The race has been brought to a stop due to the crash at turn 2. 

Big crash at turn 2 involving Bezzecchi, Marquez and Morbidelli. 

It's a KTM 1-2 as Miller leads from Binder.
