Aragon MotoGP: Sprint as it happened

First lap times coming in now, and it's Pedro Acosta who's fastest with a 1:48.6, he's got 0.6s on the field.

Q1 is underway in Aragon, all riders heading out immediately with the exception of Alex Rins, who appears to be waiting.

Next up is Q1, which is set to start in just over five minutes.

Flag's out now for FP2, and it's Marquez fastest from Martin and Miller. Pecco Bagnaia ended that session down in 11th, 1.3 seconds off the top.

Martin runs on at the end of the straight as Marquez hits the top, into the 1:49s and half-a-second clear of the field.

Marquez up to fourth now. He was fastest of all up to sector three, then got held up a bit with Nakagami.

Martin goes to the top, he was on course to be beaten by Alex Marquez, but he made a mess of turn 15 and goes only fifth, but into the 1:50s.

Martin improves to get within a tenth of Acosta, Miller too. Those three and Binder are the only riders in the 1:50s.

Acosta now into the 1:50s, so we're about back to where we were at the beginning of FP1.

Pedro Acosta now fastest as some of those riders who had headed to pit lane now head back out.

Times continuing to get faster, Binder now fastest on a 1:51.579. Some riders have headed back to the pits now.

Moment for Martin as he nearly runs into the back of Brad Binder. Martin was much faster going into turn 14 as Binder ran wide. Nothing major but some frustration for Martin who is back at the top of the session.

Miller fastest now. Everyone just improving with every lap they complete. Marc Marquez has not had an ideal start to the session, possibly with a technical problem at the start of the session. He's just in the middle of his first flying lap now.

Martin was improving again, but ran off at the final corner. Oliveira now fastest from Miller.

Martin is clearly the most comfortable at the moment, into the 1:54s and two seconds clear with 23 minutes to go.

Fairly tentative start for all riders - that's reflected in the lap times, Bagnaia currently top with a 2:01.

Everyone is out on slicks, everyone with soft rears, most with soft fronts - a couple of mediums, though.

FP2 is green in Aragon, and the riders are heading out on track for this final session before qualifying-proper.

Some rain overnight and into this morning has left the track in Aragon fairly damp this morning. It's dried throughout Moto3 and Moto2 practice this morning, but it's far from being in an ideal condition, and much of the rubber that was laid down on the new asphalt yesterday has been washed away.
