Alex Marquez has a long lap penalty to serve for his tangle with Joan Mir at the Japanese GP.
Takaaki Nakagami has a three-place grid drop for ignoring the black and orange flag in practice on Saturday.
Marco Bezzecchi has a long lap penalty for causing a collision with Maverick Vinales in the sprint.
