Team Federal Oil Gresini's Xavier Simeon is desperate to experience the winning feeling again following his maiden Moto2 victory at the Sachsenring last month.

Simeon celebrated his breakthrough triumph after six years in the series during the summer break but wants more of the same as the championship engages gear this weekend at Indianapolis in the United States.

"I spent a nice summer break, celebrating the victory with my friends and my family, then training hard in Spain. Winning is a great feeling, but... I've already forgotten it!" said Simeon, who is sixth in the standings after the first nine rounds.

"We already look forward to the next races because we want to repeat these kind of results. So far we have achieved an excellent level of competitiveness, so we arrive in Indianapolis with the aim to fight again for the top positions.

"Indy is certainly not the most beautiful track in the calendar and in addition it also has a slippery asphalt on which the tyres suffer a lot, however, some corners are not bad at all and from our side we will do our best, as always."
