Suzi Perry back in MotoGP with BT Sport
Suzi Perry is returning to MotoGP as part of BT Sport's 2016 TV line-up.
Perry fronted the BBC's WSBK and MotoGP coverage for 13 years, stepping down at the end of 2009 to concentrate on her mainstream TV work. Perry later became lead presenter for the BBC's F1 coverage from 2013-2015 (pictured).
But with the BBC losing the F1 rights, Perry has now been confirmed as joining BT Sport 'to play a prominent role across a range of live sport and programming... including the FIM MotoGP World Championship, FIM Speedway and the World Rally Championship'.
BT Sport has the exclusive rights to live MotoGP coverage in the UK. The championship begins in Qatar on March 20 and Perry will be sharing presenting duties with Craig Doyle this season.
She said: "I'm really excited to be joining BT Sport and working with their tremendous team. Motorsport continues to be massive in the UK and I can't wait to bring BT Sport viewers all of the action from in front of the camera."
