Team change turmoil for McWilliams.
Following the January launch of the Moto GP team in which Jeremy McWilliams was to attack the 250cc GP series, the squad has run off the rails even before it has left the station, it was revealed today (Feb 17) at Jerez.
Rumours have been bounded about the test that the team was in trouble and as to why they were not present with Jeremy and German lady rider Katja Poensgen.

Today however, it was revealed that Jeremy will ride in the 2001 championship with the Rsc Team together with young Italian Riccardo Chiarello - utilising the same team of mechanics who were with him during last season when he claimed two podium places and a pole position on Aprilia's 500 V Twin.
Martin Wilding who was heading the U Moto team with Jeremy and Katja has not been at the tests at Jerez for comment, whilst Jeremy will be at the next IRTA tests at Estoril in Portugal next week.
Aprilia are delighted to have kept the services of the highly rated Ulsterman for 2001, following his return to the 250cc class.
"We are obviously very satisfied and pleased to be able to continue our collaboration with Jeremy, a very good rider who has ridden for us for the past two seasons," stated Aprilia's Jan Witteveen. "We will provide him with a top level bike and team as a rider of this level deserves, and we hope that will obtain great results."
