Poggiali: I took the final corner a bit faster...
Manuel Poggiali closed Toni Elias' Championship advantage down to thirteen points in the 125 race with a last gasp victory over Youichi Ui by just 0.011 seconds!
The San Marino rider stalked his Japanese adversary for the last eight laps, saving his dive for victory for the final corner.
"That was a very important win," said Poggiali. "Thanks to the team I had a very fast bike today. Youichi (Ui's) bike was quick too, but I was able to take the final corner a bit faster and that's what made the difference in the end."
