Marquez tours Bangkok, drives Tuk-Tuk!
Before heading upcountry for this weekend's inaugural Thailand MotoGP, reigning world champion and 2018 title leader Marc Marquez took a special tour of the country's capital Bangkok.
It began with an official welcome ceremony at Makaharn Fort where Marquez was joined by home heroes Nakarin Atiratphuvapat (Honda Team Asia), Thitipong Warakorn (SAG Team), Apiwath Wongthananon (VR46 Master Camp Team) and former Asia Talent Cup Champion Somkiat Chantra (AP Honda Racing Thailand).
After a Q&A with local media, the riders then headed back out onto the streets of Bangkok...

Marquez made sure the city got a real taste of MotoGP as he rode down Ratchadamnoen Avenue, all the way up to the democracy monument, where he did a couple of laps.

Needing a few directions from a local, Atiratphuvapat stepped in and the two headed off for something to eat, and Marquez also got to try one of the city's famous Tuk-Tuks!
