Redding: Sorry for the shoulder dislocation, Marc!
After stopping to celebrate MotoGP race and title victory at Motegi with some of his team, and then fellow rider Scott Redding, Marc Marquez suddenly got off his bike and lay down at the side of the track.
Following some jolting of his arm, the Repsol Honda rider stood up and continued celebrating as if nothing had happened.
So what was it all about?
It turns out that during Redding's 'slap on the back' to congratulate Marquez, the now seven-time world champion dislocated his shoulder!

"Scott stopped and I hugged him. I feel something strange, and dislocated my shoulder!" Marquez confirmed. "I lay on the asphalt and my brother and Jose put it back in."
It's an injury Marquez has suffered numerous times and says he will seek to treat this winter.
"First guy to dislocate a 7 times world champion's shoulder," joked Redding, a close rival of Marquez in Moto2:
First guy to dislocate a 7 times world champions shoulder.. share the love. Well deserved “championship” https://t.co/v80pnZGXMh
