Qatar MotoGP test - Day 1 as it happened
The opening day at the second and final 2020 MotoGP pre-season test is underway at the Losail Circuit in Qatar.
This year's testing action starts at 1pm and ends in darkness at 8pm over the three days, to fit with the new (earlier) MotoGP race start time of 6pm for the March 8 season-opener.
Fabio Quartararo was quickest on all three days at the previous Sepang test, as the 'inline'-powered Suzuki and Yamaha bikes impressed for race pace. But will the V4s get their revenge at Losail?
