Rossi: Calendar 'great emotion', 'missed riding M1'
Valentino Rossi will finally be able to get his 25th grand prix season underway at Jerez in July.
MotoGP's heavily revised 2020 calendar contains 13 all-European rounds, to be held at eight different circuits (see below).
The fate of the four surviving flyaway races, which will potentially take place between November 22nd and December 13th, is to be decided by August.

"I think everyone is feeling a great emotion after seeing the updated 2020 calendar - it's a bit of a relief for all in the team and also for the fans," Rossi said. "The lockdown was a serious and strange situation, but it worked, and I think that in the end it makes us all appreciate the racing even more.
"I missed riding my M1 a lot. It will be interesting to see where we stand, because it's been a while since the last test. For sure, we will try the maximum to be there at the front again and give the fans a reason to tune in and cheer us on."
Rossi, currently in talks to extend his racing career with a move to Petronas Yamaha next season, will be back on his M1 during an Official test at Jerez just before the opening grand prix.
