Your experiences: MotoGP tickets, cancellations and refunds

With seven rounds of the original 2020 MotoGP season officially cancelled and uncertainty over whether fans can attend any of the 13-events on the revised calendar, we'd like to know your experiences in terms of pre-booked tickets.

Are you happy with the communication you've received from your circuit or ticket provider and options made available to you, or have you been left in the dark?

For example, the Dutch TT at Assen (along with the German Grand Prix at Sachsenring and new Finnish round at the KymiRing) was officially announced as 'cancelled' on April 29th.

A viewer has contacted us to say that, over two months later, they have been unable to get a clear answer on, "if or when refunds might be made… As the event has not been rescheduled for this year there is no reason to delay this - T&Cs state refunds for cancelled races."

However, the official Assen website notably avoids any mention of the word 'cancelled', instead saying the event is 'postponed': "Unfortunately, due to the recent developments and consequences of the worldwide corona crisis, the 90th TT Assen will be postponed until June 2021... Tickets that have already been purchased will remain valid."

Are you in a similar situation, or have you been impressed by the speed and clarity with which your 2020 MotoGP ticket situation has been dealt with, given the unforeseen circumstances?

What have been the options so far provided for those with tickets to events still on the revised calendar but now likely to go ahead behind closed-doors, meaning with few if any fans?

Or maybe you need to cancel/postpone your ticket due to the revised dates, current travel difficulties and enhanced immigration rules? If so, what has the reaction been?
