Argentina MotoGP - Race Results

One of the most dramatic MotoGP races of all time has ended with a close victory for Crutchlow over fellow satellite star Zarco, with Rins claiming his debut podium in third ahead of long-time race leader Miller.

But behind there was major controversy as world champion Marquez received no less than three penalties during the race!

The first was a ride-through for not leaving the grid after stalling and then re-starting his bike at the end of the sighting lap.

Marquez then had to drop a position after barging into Aleix Espargaro during his comeback through the field, only to knock into Rossi at the same corner in the closing stages of the race - sending them both wide, with Rossi then falling on the wet grass.

That incident resulted in a 30-second post-race penalty, dropping Marquez from 5th to 18th...
