Aragon MotoGP - Race Results
Marquez wins a thrilling battle with Dovizioso at his home Aragon MotoGP, beating Ducati for the first time since July.
Pole man Lorenzo highsided out at turn one, suffering a toe dislocation, after which a lead group formed of Marquez, Dovizioso and the surprise Suzukis of Iannone and Rins.
Iannone's podium means Suzuki will lose technical concessions in 2019.
Marquez, who gambled on a late switch from the hard to soft rear tyre, now holds a 72-point title lead.

Aleix Espargaro rode an exceptional race for Aprilia's best result of the season, while Rossi recovered from 17th to 8th as top Yamaha.
But today's result still means Yamaha has gone 23 races without a win, the factory's longest losing streak in MotoGP.
Vinales began the race from 14th after a three place grid penalty and Morbidelli 19th after a six place grid drop, both due to slow riding and obstructing other riders in qualifying.
Pol Espargaro rebroke his healing left collarbone in FP3 and was ruled out of the remainder of the weekend.
Tito Rabat is still recovering from leg injuries at Silverstone and replaced by WorldSBK rider Jordi Torres, making his MotoGP debut this weekend. Torres is using the GP16 machines of Simeon, who has been handed Rabat's GP17s.
