A private two-day MotoGP test began at Misano in Italy on Thursday morning. All teams are present, alongside some factory test riders.

Marquez takes pole position for the British MotoGP at Silverstone ahead of Rossi and Miller. The trio knocked Quartararo from pole to fourth while riding together on their final lap - Rossi being followed by Marquez, with Miller behind the Honda rider.
The top two riders in Q1 now progress to the Q2 pole position shootout, where they will join the ten fastest riders after third practice. The others will start, in the following order, from 13th on the grid onwards…

Mike Di Meglio wins round two of the inaugural FIM MotoE World Cup - and the first-ever wet race for the new class - at the Red Bull Ring in Austria. The five-lap race was also the first MotoE session held in the wet this weekend.
Marquez romps to pole position for the Austrian MotoGP, his seventh of the season and a record 59th in the premier-class, with Quartararo and Dovizioso completing Sunday's front row.

Marquez back on top during MotoGP Free Practice 3 at a sunny Red Bull Ring in Austria. The top ten riders on combined times will now receive direct access to the second and final part of qualifying, meaning Crutchlow will take part in Qualifying 1.

MotoE FP2 goes ahead as planned despite an earlier fire incident:
Marquez takes over at the top during FP2 for the Austrian MotoGP at Red Bull Ring, despite staying on a used (soft) rear tyre at the end of the session while most others fitted fresh rubber.
Dovizioso leads opening practice for the Austrian MotoGP after fitting a few soft rear at the end of the session. Marquez had been fastest before the late push on new tyres, the Honda rider again one of the few to stick with used (medium) rubber at the end of FP1.
