Sammy's pot is nicked.

Sammy Potashnick, a driver from the mid-west who competes in NASCAR's Winston West Series, was arrested in Daytona during Speedweeks.

The 27 year old was driving a car in possession of crack cocaine and prescription drugs without being prescribed them.

It is not known if he had the drugs as part of a plan to get high on the banking during his Busch Series debut at Rockingham February 23rd for team owner Jay Robinson and sponsor Lucas Oil.
