Isle of Man TT: Yet more weather delays strike embattled event
The 2019 Isle of Man TT has run into yet more scheduling issues after poor weather yet again delayed action to 16.00 at the earliest.
In a week that has seen countless rescheduling already, with racing already pushed back to Sunday to allow delayed qualifying to take place on Saturday, the mixture of rain and fog is still causing havoc today.
As the majority of the UK basks in the hottest temperatures of 2019 so far, rain moved into the Isle of Man region during the morning to prevent any action taking place before the late afternoon.

As it stands, the 2019 opener, the RST Superbike race, will start at 13:30 on Sunday followed by the Locate.im Sidecar TT race at 15:50 but this could yet change.
Unfortunately for organisers, there appears little let up on the horizon either with the long forecast showing rain every day until next weekend.
Ok - weather has closed in significantly, rain is imminent. A further review at 4.00pm as their is a slim possibility we could get some bikes out this evening.

Following a week of delays already, fingers crossed the Isle of Man TT can squeeze action in around this rather ominous forecast.
