Invitations have been extended to Dudley Councillors, local MPs, club directors and other interested parties.

With possible High Court action being discussed by Dudley Council and several other potential new sites being identified to relocate the Heathens, it is anticipated that numbers attending the meeting will be considerable hence the venue change to accommodate them all.

It is thought that developments may be announced on the future of the club with a continued interest from prospective promoter and Kidderminster businessman, Tony Mole, as well as Greyhound and Speedway enthusiast Paul Tromans, who is pursuing the option of Oldbury Stadium with Sandwell Councillors.
