Peterborough have moved swiftly after the Brett Woodfield work permit set-back to complete their squad with the signing of Henning Bager who arrives on-loan from Glasgow.
Bager is something of a Danish prodigy and spent the dying weeks of the 2001 season with Glasgow. He performed solidly enough but did not apparently appear in the Tuigers' plans for 2002.

Instead, the young Dane gets a crack at Elite League speedway with the Panthers. Peterborough team manager Jim Lynch seems pleased enough with the signing and said: "Henning didn't set the world on fire at Glasgow but he is highly thought of in Denmark and, what was important, he really
wanted to come here."
