Brian Andersen has been released from hospital after recovering from a serious arm infection.

But the Dane is not fit enough to return to Oxford's side to face Ipswich on Friday and the Cheetahs will also be without shoulder injury victim Ales Dryml.

Cheetahs co-promoter Vanessa Purchase said: "It's a double blow for us but all the team know what is needed and we're confident we can deliver."
