Wimbledon Dons take on Swindon Sprockets in an attractive Conference Trophy clash tomorrow night at Wimbledon Stadium.

The Sprockets side contains a mixture of youth and experience with 44 year old Malcolm Holloway combining with the dash of Jason and Daniel King to form a solid spearhead.

The powerful Swindon septet are managed by experienced speedway journalist Peter Oakes who has incurred the wrath of Dons supporters with a number of controversial comments in the speedway press.

Wimbledon are strengthened with the inclusion of Kings Lynn asset Chris Mills who has assisted the London side in Trophy fixtures this season to great effect.

Following last weeks annoucement that both Jason Prynne and Wayne Barrett are set to be retained along with new signing Gavin Hedge, the Wimbledon management are delighted to have secured the services of skipper Chris Hunt for 2003. The popular Wantage based rider has been a real asset to the Dons in their comeback to the sport and has battled to a near five point average whilst remaining the only ever present in the side.
