Smethills seeks County Ground move.
Lee Smethills is keen to complete a move to Exeter if his parent club Belle Vue give him permission. The former Hull and Workington rider is not ready for regular Elite League racing and is keen to sign for the Falcons.
Young Smethills, hailed by many as very much one for the future, hasn't really set the world on fire over the past couple of seasons which he spent with Workington and Hull. But he did show flashes of brilliance last year which included a run of double-figure scores.
