Peterborough are still hoping to reach an agreement with their top rider Ryan Sullivan despite a breakdown in talks over the weekend.
Team boss Jim Lynch and owner Mick Horton have both been held negotiations with the Australian Grand Prix star without success.
"The top spot in our team will remain open for as long as we are in talks with Ryan. I am still hopeful," said Lynch.
