Kresta excited about Swedish Rally.
Only one week after a successful Rally Monte Carlo debut in the Bozian-prepared Peugeot 206 WRC, 26-year-old Roman Kresta is ready to tackle the Swedish Rally [February 6 - 9], his first ever appearance in the Scandinavian World Rally Championship competition.
The Swedish Rally will be Kresta's second drive in the "206" machinery, once again tuned and run by Bozian Racing.
Despite virtually no snow rally experience, the double Czech champion welcomes the northern challenge with excitement.

The Swedish Rally will be Kresta's second drive in the "206" machinery, once again tuned and run by Bozian Racing.
Despite virtually no snow rally experience, the double Czech champion welcomes the northern challenge with excitement.
"This will be a terrific event to enter," commented Kresta. "I am aware there will many excellent local specialists on top of all World Rally Championship factory elite, but that does not mean I cannot enjoy myself. I am in Sweden to learn and to get much needed experience both on the rally and with the Peugeot 206 WRC.
"Milos [Hulka - my co-driver] and I had great time in Monte where the car and the team worked perfectly well. We have nothing to loose in Sweden and would like to get a good result again. To be in top ten will, however, be an extremely tough job to make as this is to be a highly specialized event. I will test the car briefly at the shakedown, the rest will happen on real stages."
Co-driver, Milos Hulka, has never taken part in this event either, and like Kresta, he is also looking forward to enjoying the show.
"I am also a freshman to the event, however, that is all part of the game," noted Hulka. "It would be nice to repeat Monte Carlo, but we must be realistic. We will drive our best and believe that together with Bozian's support, there are no limits to what we can achieve in Sweden."
Kresta and co-driver Hulka commenced the event's reconnaissance yesterday [Monday, January 3]. They will be present at the shakedown on Thursday morning around Hagfors before driving down the starting ramp on the Thursday evening ceremonial start in Karlstad where the rally is headquartered.
Either way, with only a few days before the start of the action, Kresta continues to dream about stage times within the top ten in Sweden to emulate his performance from the French Alps that he produced little over a week back.
