Sanna signs for Belgarda.
The 2003 World Supersport series will be spiced up by the inclusion of ex MotoGP star Simone Sanna in the Belgarda Yamaha line-up.
Sanna's name appears on the provisional entry list released today, where he is expected to ride a #16 YZF R6 for the team.
The Italian is currently testing with Belgarda at Valencia and his race seat is yet to be confirmed, but with 2002 riders Jamie Whitham and Paulo Casoli both forced to retire for health reasons - and only Jurgen van den Goorbergh signed - it now looks almost certain.
