DFX Honda ready to attack.
DFXtreme Honda has officially launched its 2007 World Superbike campaign by unveiling a new 'Freddie Spencer' inspired red, white and blue colour scheme - and announcing its ambitions for the forthcoming season.
"Never before has the team worked like this to prepare a bike. We are very proud of it," declared team manager Daniel Carli. "World Superbike is the toughest of competitions and it won't be easy to fight the opposition. We're sure that with the Steve's experience and Michel's enthusiasm we can reach our goal."

Exciting young Italian Michel Fabrizio, who will start his second SBK season in 2007, was present at the Italian launch while new signing Steve Martin took part via videoconference.
"2006 was a difficult but beautiful season for me as a newcomer to the series," explained Fabrizio. "I've learned a lot and had some thrilling moments, such as Brno and Assen. The bike - which I've already tested in Spain - has already grown enormously and I'm sure it will be one of the best in the championship."
"I'm disappointed not to be present physically [at the launch], but I'm in the middle of my training programme," said former Foggy Petronas rider Martin. "I really want to succeed after two disastrous seasons and to be with such a united and well prepared team has fired me up even more. In the first tests I have been able to see that the upgrades to the bike have made a real difference, and I'm sure that Michel and I will hold the team flag high."
"Honda believes in this kind of competition and we are working closely with Japan in order to supply all the technical support that that the team needs," added Alex Ghini of Honda Europe. "The partnership with Team DFXtreme has now consolidated into a truly international winning formula."
Fabrizio's mentor and former team-mate, Frankie Chili, was also present at the launch following his recent hip surgery.
