World Superbike wound back the clock for its 20th anniversary celebrations last weekend at Donington Park, when a line-up of legends took part in parade around the Leicestershire circuit.
Among those in action were 13-times WSBK race winner Aaron Slight - who fell! - and four-times winner Rob Phillis (top picture), plus 1988 and 1989 world champion Fred Merkel and Italian veteran Piergiorgio Bontempi (middle picture).

Donington hosted the first ever WSBK event on April 3rd 1988 and returned to the calendar this season for the first time since 2001.
