Carpentier fastest Supersport in free practice.
Sebastien Charpentier on board his Winston Ten Kate Honda was fastest in free practice at Phillip Island this morning. He was the only rider to get into the 36s, posting a 1min 36.160secs lap time.
All the usual suspects were battling for the top spot with ten minutes of the session to go it was Michel Fabrizio leading Kevin Curtain from Charpentier and then Foret. That was soon to change and Fabrizio had to settle for third place.

There was one faller during the session and that was Stefan Folkesson riding a CBR600RR for Stiggy Motorsport. He has broken his tibia very close to his knee and will be out for at least 40 days.
