Ever wondered what an F1 car might look like sliced lengthwise down the middle? Well wonder no more, as thanks to Sauber you can now take a unique look at a dissected F1 machine.

It has taken the team two years, with the teams' mechanics working on it in their downtime, but now you can quite literally get underneath the skin of an F1 car in a new film released by the Swiss-based outfit, with chief designer, Matt Morris pointing out where and how the individual components are located within the chassis. Sauber driver, Sergio Perez is also on hand to demonstrate the driver's seating position.
