Kyalami Back - For Testing.
Kyalami, the South African Grand Prix circuit located just outside Johanesburg is thought to be the favourite venue for a major pre-season Formula One test next year, probably in early February.
FOCA boss Bernie Ecclestone is rumoured to be considering the possibility of a week long FOCA test session at the track which last hosted a grand prix in 1993 and was under consideration for a return to the F1 calendar next year.

Formula One teams have already expressed their concern over the lack of hot weather testing available to them over the winter months, especially now that the Portuguese track at Estoril will be unavailable until March 1998.
During this winter there will of course be a great deal more testing involved due to the new regulations being brought in for the 1998 season, therefore teams will be keen to run as many laps and race distances on narrow track cars with grooved tyres.
Most teams will test at Barcelona during the first and third weeks of December with the possible exception of Williams who may run at Paul Ricard in the South of France.
