Testing with new 2003 Ferrari suspended.
Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro and test driver Luca Badoer have had to cut short testing at Mugello this week with the new F2003-GA following an accident today [Tuesday] after only a handful of laps.
The official statement from the team confirmed that:
"Badoer went off the track at the Arrabbiata 1 corner and crashed very heavily into the barriers. Initial analysis points to a mechanical problem.
"The driver is in good physical condition and after undergoing checks at a hospital in Florence, was able to go home.
