Charles Leclerc secured his third career pole position at the Monaco Grand Prix, pipping Oscar Piastri to top spot. Leclerc was the driver to beat heading into practice and saved his best effort for Q3.
Piastri converted his strong pace into a front row start, out-qualifying Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris. George Russell will start fifth ahead of Max Verstappen, who brushed the barrier on his final Q3 effort.
Lewis Hamilton lines up seventh ahead of Yuki Tsunoda, while both Alex Albon and Pierre Gasly excelled, making it into Q3.
