Herb forms own Indy team.
Indy Racing League veteran Jon Herb has formed his own team - Racing Professionals - to contest the forthcoming season.
Based in the US racing heartland of Indianapolis, Herb's outfit will field a single G-Force-Chevrolet for the seven-time starter, who began his IRL career back in 2000. Mike Collier will fulfil the role of team manager, with Harvey Spencer as chief engineer and Ron Heck as crew chief.
Herb will continue his sponsorship agreements with International Star Registry and webergrills.com. The team is pursuing additional sponsors.
