Red Bull crewman OK after Michigan accident.

Patrick Carpentier's rear tyre changer Josh Junge has returned home and is recovering with no serious injuries after being clipped by a rogue tyre on pit road during last Sunday's Firestone Indy 400 at the Michigan International Speedway.

While it is unclear whether or not Junge will be fit enough to return to his duties in time for next weeks race at the Kentucky but news that he is essentially uninjured will come as a huge relief to both the Red Bull Cheever Racing team and also Ryan Briscoe's Target Chip Ganassi Racing outfit, whose tyre it was that knocked Junge down.
