Moto2: Kenny Noyes staying at Banderas
Kenny Noyes will stay with the Jack&Jones By Antonio Banderas team for the 2011 Moto2 World Championship, but change chassis supplier.
The American, who led his second ever grand prix at Jerez this year and was on pole for round three at Le Mans, will switch from a Promoharris to Suter chassis next season.
Noyes, the only Promoharris rider to score points courtesy of two seventh place finishes, will test a 2010 Suter during the official Moto2 tests, before the team receives its own 2011 chassis in January.
"I'm really looking forward to next year!" said Noyes. "I learned so much this last season, all the new tracks we went to, and I kinda got a grip on all the traveling and the back-to-back races. So I'm real excited to be back next year with the team, and on a competitive chassis.
"I think the Suter's a really balanced bike, I see a lot of guys with different riding styles that go well on it. I'd hoped this year would be a level playing field, but from Mugello, we started to see we had a disadvantage. So if we push hard next year, we should be on a level with the rest, and hopefully towards the front again!"
Team-mate Joan Olive is yet to confirm his 2011 plans.
