250: Lorenzo turns tables for Qatar pole.

Reigning 250cc world champion Jorge Lorenzo turned the tables on former team-mate, and provisional pole sitter, Hector Barbera during final qualifying at Qatar.

The duo will be joined on the front row by Aspar team-mates Alex de Angelis and Alvaro Bautista, with the reigning 125cc world champion and previous winner in the category at Losail starting his first quarter litre race tomorrow.

Fellow 250cc debutant and former 125 world champion Thomas Luthi rounded off an all-Aprilia top five, ahead of KTM rider Hiroshi Aoyama, Andrea Dovizioso and Mika Kallio.
